Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Dr. Nugget Cunningham, and I have created this website to share my thoughts and experiences. Having spent a significant amount of time as an educational administrator, I have learned how the public education system actually works and how it can be improved using tested and proven techniques, not just information learned from textbooks.

I have worked within various Texas schools as an educational administrator, given, and continue to give, workshops and seminars for educational administrators and educational related associations. To improve myself as an educator, and consequently the quality of education received by students in the school districts I have worked, I pursued and completed my Doctorates in Educational Administration in 2000 from Texas A & M University.

My key goal in my professional life is to continually improve the quality and standards of education received by public school students in the State of Texas. I love working in education and working in this field has been a life long dream.
